Dr Tarkeshwar Jain Appointed as New NCH Chairperson

Dr Tarkeshwar Jain has assumed charge as the Chairperson of the National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH). He took office on 23 December 2025, as per the official NCH notification.

A senior homoeopathic academician and administrator, Dr Jain has previously served as President of the Homoeopathy Education Board, NCH, and President-in-Charge of the Medical Assessment and Rating Board for Homoeopathy. He has also held key academic positions, including Registrar of Homoeopathy University, Jaipur.

His appointment is expected to strengthen quality standards, transparency, and regulatory oversight in homoeopathic education across the country.
