NTET 2026 Registration Opens; Exam Scheduled for April 28
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened online applications for the NTET 2026 Exam, inviting postgraduate candidates from Indian Systems of Medicine and Homoeopathy who aspire to enter the teaching profession.
The NTET 2026 Exam will be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode.
The online application process will be open from March 11, 2026, to April 2, 2026 (11:50 PM), while the last date for successful payment of the examination fee is April 3, 2026 (11:50 PM). Candidates will be allowed to make corrections to their application forms from April 4 to April 6, 2026, through the official website.
The NTET 2026 examination is scheduled to be held on 28 April 2026 (Tuesday) with a duration of 120 minutes (2 hours).
The examination will be conducted in English and Hindi, while details regarding exam city intimation, admit card download, and examination timing will be announced later. Candidates can access further information through the official websites.

Candidates pursuing postgraduate degree courses in Ayurveda, Siddha, or Unani disciplines must have completed 30 months of their course duration and are required to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective colleges while submitting the online application form.
Interested candidates may apply online during the period from 11 March 2026 to 02 April 2026. The application fee can be paid online through Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI. Candidates are advised to regularly visit the NTA website for updates.
