Adven Biotech Gets AYUSH Certification for Homoeopathy

Adven Biotech has received the prestigious AYUSH Premium Certification for its homoeopathic brand, becoming one of the first Indian companies in the sector to achieve this quality benchmark. The certification has been granted under the Ayush Quality Mark Programme, an initiative of the Ministry of AYUSH aimed at promoting internationally acceptable standards in AYUSH products, including homoeopathy.

The AYUSH Premium Certification is awarded to manufacturers that meet stringent requirements related to product quality, safety, consistency, and compliance with global manufacturing norms. It signifies adherence to advanced Good Manufacturing Practices aligned with World Health Organisation guidelines and is considered a key credential for enhancing the credibility of AYUSH products in domestic and international markets.

According to the company, the certification reflects Adven Biotech’s sustained focus on research-driven manufacturing and quality assurance in homoeopathic medicines. The achievement is expected to strengthen the brand’s position in both Indian and export markets, while reinforcing confidence among practitioners, patients, and global buyers.

The Ministry of AYUSH, in collaboration with the Ayush Export Promotion Council (AYUSHEXCIL), introduced the AYUSH Premium Mark to elevate India’s traditional medicine systems and improve their global acceptance. The initiative aligns with the government’s broader objectives under the Make in India and Aatmanirbhar Bharat programmes, which emphasise self-reliance, innovation, and export growth in the healthcare sector.

Industry observers note that recognitions such as the AYUSH Premium Certification could play a significant role in boosting the global footprint of Indian homoeopathy by setting uniform quality benchmarks and promoting trust in Indian-made AYUSH products. Adven Biotech’s certification is seen as a positive development for the homoeopathy industry, highlighting its growing emphasis on quality, standardisation, and global competitiveness.
